I've just recently installed your sticky notes gadget but wish to uninstal. Each time I try to uninstal it says the programme is still open and running (which it isn't!). Please tell me how to uninstal.
Please check whether all the .exe file of our software are closed in the Task Manager.
I have a past version of a sticky note saved on my computer (.esn extension). How do I now open this file? When I try to select a program to open it with, I cannot find a sticky note program and different applications such as wordpad and notepad do not work. Any suggestions, please?
The .esn could only be opened in our software. You could download the free edition in our website: http://www.efficientstickynotes.com/download-freeware.htm .
I have enjoyed using PIM 2.0 for several years and would like to upgrade to the latest version. Each time I install the latest version it does not convert my existing data files to the current file extension. I would gladly upgrade to 3.0+ but it won't convert the files (.eff converted to .effx) Do you have a utility that converts data to the .effx?

You could upgrade to the 3.0 version for free if you bought our software after Nov.29, 2009. Or you need to pay to upgrade. The file format in 3.0 version is .effx. The software will upgrade the old .eff file to the new .effx file automatically.
